Intersect Labs takes data security and privacy extremely seriously.

We use 64-bit TLS or better for routing data. All data is stored securely in Amazon Web Services cloud.

Data uploaded by a customer belongs to that customer. Intersect Labs uses it only to build models and generate accurate predictions for that customer. We also do not mix multiple customers' data.

The Intersect Labs engine uses mathematical techniques to turn your historical data into predictions, and does not need to know what each column represents. This means you can upload your data with column headers stripped out; many of our users upload spreadsheets with column headers "C1", "C2", "C3" etc. Doing so does not affect the way the models are built, and users rest easy knowing that without the column headers, their data is usually a collection of undecipherable numbers and strings.

Finally, we ask that users do not upload any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Names, email addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers etc. are never predictive, and we request you don't upload them to Intersect Labs. If you would like, we are happy to help you strip your data of identifiable information before you upload it to Intersect Labs.
